1) Who can play

You must be 18+. FastLift offers entertainment only — no deposits, no cash-outs, no prizes of monetary value.

2) Fair play rules

• No bots, scripts, automation or exploits.
• One account per person; keep credentials secure.
• Respect others — harassment, hate or spam is not allowed.

3) Social entertainment only

FastLift is for free social gameplay. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4) Gameplay & data

We use essential data to run the site and optional analytics (with consent) to improve features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may collect:

• Device/browser basics and performance metrics
• Gameplay telemetry (e.g., spins, session stats)
• Error logs for diagnostics and abuse prevention

We do not collect:

• Banking/payment data (we don’t process payments)
• Precise location (GPS)
• Sensitive personal identifiers without clear purpose/consent

5) Community guidelines

Keep chats and usernames clean. No impersonation, scamming, or offensive content. Violations may lead to content removal or account restrictions.

6) Changes to these terms

We may update terms as features or laws change. Updates will be posted here with a new date below.

7) Content and IP

Site code, art, audio, UI and trademarks are owned by FastLift or its licensors. Don’t copy, distribute or modify without permission.

8) Violations & enforcement

We may temporarily or permanently limit access if rules are broken, including exploit use, harassment, or attempts to monetise gameplay.
